I do this every once in a while. Wipe the slate clean. Start over. Tabula Rasa, if you will.

I find it both cathartic, and it gives me a chance to try out some new things.

I’ve had the CyberCzar.org domain since mid-2004, and before that “the Realm” has been hosted everywhere from GeoCities, .Mac, and all points in between. It used to be on Zope, Mambo, Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, made with DreamWeaver, RapidWeaver, SandVox, and plain old ‘vi’ and `notepad`.

Hell, at this point it’s probably gone through more iterations than Microsoft Windows, with just as many versions and variations.

It’s my playground. My sandbox. My chance to geek-out, learn some new skills, pontificate on my views on various subjects.

None of that has changed today.

A fresh reload. Re-format and re-install if you will.

Who knows how long this will last?

This past year has brought many changes to my life, and to our Country.

I’ve got a new job, a nice job, and while there have been growing pains and periods of adjustment both for myself, and for my coworkers and employees, it’s been both rewarding and memorable beyond description.

We’ve got a new President, and thank the Gods we were finally smart enough as a nation not to elect another Republican to the White House.

I’ve made my political views pretty clear from the start, and some of you may find this suprising but Barack Obama was not my first choice! However, I did vote for him, and now that he’s my President, he has my full faith and support. Whether or not you voted for him or not yourself, he requires your support, too.

(For those that don’t remember or are curious, my first choice was Dennis Kucinich, followed closely by Dr. Ron Paul. Nope, Barack Obama wasn’t even my third choice! That was Gov. Bill Richardson, followed by Vice-President[ -elect] Joe Biden. Barack Obama was actually my fifth choice, and while I disagree with some of the positions he’s taken since becoming elected with regards to Net Neutrality, illegal U.S. wiretappings, he’s still my President, and has my full support.)

Since I know a lot of you know me for a unique gift, I’m here to tell you I’ve still got that 12″ penis. It, and myself, are doing fine.

It’s really funny, I never set out to make it widely known that I, Michael James Collins, have a 12″ penis. I have to be honest with you; up until about a little over a year or so ago it just wasn’t something that I spent very much time thinking about on a daily basis.

I’ve certainly been given pause to think about it much more over these last fourteen months or so, but it still strikes me funny how so many people think it’s something mystical or magical. Like I’m somehow someone who’s better than someone who happens to not have a foot-long schlong because of it.

I still hang out on LPSG every once in a while, but I’m really starting to get tired of that website. LPSG, or Large Penis Support Group, does not live up to its name; but it was the site that forced my cock out into the open as it were.

I’ve met some pretty cool people on there, and by pretty cool people I’m not talking about those that all they want are for me to jerk-off on camera for them, to trade pics, or to otherwise let me know just how much they want to “service me.”

Puh-leeze.

Some exciting news is coming down on the home-front I should probably mention (which is another reason for the re-do of the Realm).

Bill and I are trying to have a baby.

Now, forget what you saw on Oprah, neither of us has a uterus. Bill’s sister has graciously volunteered to be the surrogate mother. We’re using donated eggs, and well we won’t know until the baby’s born which of us was actually the father.

We’ve already had the first IVF, which didn’t take, so it’s back to start the process all over again.

Can I just say how mother-fucking expensive all of this is?! Holy crap.

It might take a while, but hopefully soon we’ll have a son or daughter of our own.

The economy right now is sucking pretty bad for all involved, and this includes us.

2009 is going to bring a lot of changes not only for us, but I’m sure for you as well.

While this website has been reborn, so are our lives in a way.

Gone are the days of excess and waste. I’m forcing us into a new way of thinking, which is a very old way of thinking when you get down to it.

Waste not, want not. We’re going to become much more thrifty than we have been, and save much more than we’ve been doing.

It’s a bit of a throw-back to the 1930s, but not completely. Let’s hope we never get to the point of food lines again, but if we do then we’ll be ready.

Are nervous about the economic meltdown? I sure am.
